Eaden Fresh Farms

At Eaden Fresh Farms, our goal is to produce fresh, healthy food for our customers in Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. We believe in getting our crops from the farm to customers in the shortest amount of time for maximum flavour and freshness, because fresh is best! Using aquaponics, hydroponics and soil growing, we are able to produce some amazing lettuce, vegetables, herbs, and microgreens, all while trying to be as eco-conscious as we possibly can. We use around 90% less water to grow our greens compared to conventional farming and we are constantly finding ways to reinvent uses for waste from compost to enrich our soils to seed waste and vegetable waste to be used for animal (sometimes fish snacks) , end use turns into re use.
