Edgar Farms in Edmonton, Alberta
Established in 1907, six generations of family farming later, we operate a mixed farm consisting primarily of vegetables, cattle, and traditional grain crops. We are known for Alberta's largest asparagus patch, freshly hand picked super sweet garden peas, and lots of other great vegetables.
